Yes, but there are lurkers here. The truely depressing groups
have no posters, readers, or lurkers, but somehow don't get
deleted.

I hope this place serves a purpose for those that need it.

why did the moderators keep this board silent for more than a month?
that was really lonely

[Moderator's Note: We did not keep it silent. The problem was technical in
nature. I do not have enough details to discern whether it was a server
problem, or a propogation problem. Even in times when the board does not get
posts from users, I usually get several spams to the group per day. From
about mid July to about two weeks ago I did not even get those. Something
was definitely down. However, things seem to be working now. I make the
following request to everyone who has an interest in SSL: let's make the
most of it and make this group as great as it can be. ---Logan,
